Return Policy – Jolilis

Return & Exchange Policy

All of our dresses, including standard sizes, are custom-made upon order. Once production begins, materials cannot be reused. As a result, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than quality defects or if the wrong item was sent. Please carefully review the policies below before placing your order.


1. Order Cancellation

Since every dress is made to order, cancellations will result in a partial refund based on how far production has progressed.

Cancellation Policy

  • Unpaid orders will not be processed. If you do not wish to proceed with your order, simply ignore it.
  • Within 24 hours after payment: Eligible for a 90% refund of the item price plus a full refund of the shipping cost.
  • Within 24 to 48 hours after payment: Eligible for a 70% refund of the item price plus a full refund of the shipping cost.
  • Within 48 to 72 hours after payment: Eligible for a 50% refund of the item price plus a full refund of the shipping cost.
  • Beyond 72 hours after payment: Eligible for a 20% refund of the item price plus a full refund of the shipping cost.
  • After shipment: Orders cannot be canceled.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Size & Color Modifications

If you need to modify the size or color, please contact us within 24 hours of payment. After this timeframe, if production has started, modifications will not be possible. If an adjustment is required after production has begun, additional costs may apply.


2. Order Exchange

Since every dress is made to order, we do not accept exchanges for personal reasons, including:

  • Changing your mind about the dress.
  • Choosing the wrong size or color at checkout.

However, if we made an error in production (e.g., wrong size, color, or style), we will gladly offer an exchange or full refund.

If you ordered the wrong size or color and wish to reorder, we can provide a special discount coupon for your next purchase. We strongly recommend reviewing the size chart and color options carefully before ordering.


3. Order Return

We only accept returns if there is a quality defect or if we sent the wrong item.

To initiate a return, you must:

  1. Contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide clear photos showing the issue (e.g., incorrect size, color, style, or defect).
  3. Ship the item back within 7-15 days. The dress must be in brand-new condition—it may be tried on, but must not be stretched, stained, or damaged.
  4. Include the tracking number and reference code when returning the item.

Once we confirm the issue, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement at no extra cost.

We do NOT accept returns if:

  • The dress does not fit due to incorrect size selection. Please carefully check our size chart before placing an order.
  • The return is for personal reasons, such as a change of mind.
  • The dress has a slight variation (up to 1 inch) due to handmade production.
  • There are minor imperfections that do not affect wearability.
  • The dress is custom-sized, custom-colored, or made-to-measure (which applies to all our dresses).
  • Accessories are final sale and cannot be returned.

Additional Notes:

  • All dresses are handmade. While we ensure high quality, minor details such as slight fabric texture differences, wrinkles, or frills may occur and are not considered defects.
  • If ordering multiple bridesmaid dresses, we recommend purchasing them together to avoid slight color variations due to fabric dyeing differences.
